Why Hasn't the Tracking Link for My Shipment Updated?

CanvasPeople utilizes the services of USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ship from our facility to your destination as quickly as possible. All updates made to your tracking information will be uploaded directly by our carriers, CanvasPeople does not have any insight into distribution and delivery dates aside from what our carriers have posted online.

Information posted by our carriers may not always be current, due to this we must wait 7 business days from the date the order shipped before we can provide a replacement.

Standard ground shipping estimates 5-7 business days to arrive to its destination. If you do not see an update on your tracking information after the three consecutive business days, please reach out to our support team. If you have not received your order within 7 business days of the package being shipped, please contact our support team so we may replace your missing product.
