Shipment Date Guarantee Terms & Conditions
CanvasPeople may guarantee to ship your order by a specific date. We will only honor this if you were shown a shipment guarantee while placing your order.
The guarantee applies only to orders that do not include services requiring photo editing (such as edits, enhancements, etc). Additionally, this guarantee does not apply to products other than canvas, unless otherwise specified.
If your order is placed in accordance with our shipping guarantee, CanvasPeople will attempt to produce and ship your order by the guaranteed date.
This does not guarantee that your order will be delivered by a specific date as transit time is additional, and we utilize third parties to fulfill deliveries.
In the event your order is not shipped out before the guaranteed shipping date, CanvasPeople may offer you a 50% refund on shipping and handling only. In no case shall we be liable for more than the price you paid for the part(s) of your order that did not ship on time.
